We had SERVPRO NW clean our carpets, large area rugs, a cloth couch, and a dining room chair. We give them an 11/10 for their promptness, professionalism, cost of service, and quality of clean. We couldn’t be more happy and if you’re looking for carpet cleaning, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed! Oh, and we had a young nephew visit a couple years ago and got breakfast all over our ivory cloth dining room chair. While we tried to spot clean, it looked awful. These guys took the chair back with them (years later!) and someone cleaned it so well you can’t tell it from the other chairs we have! All in a couple days. Give SERVPRO NW a call - you’ll be so glad you did!!

Two months ago, I had a sewage back up in my house. The smell was horendous, the damage was not small. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO. They arrived, were courteous, professional, and brought in a team to put my bathroom back together. The smell is gone and the craftsmanship of the subcontractor was phenominal. In my experience, I could not say anything negative of the professionalism SERVPRO of Northwest Wichita displayed.

I just recently had a water damage in my house.SERVPRO was onsite within an hour of me calling. David was extremely polite and sensitive to the issues at hand.He explained in detail what will be happening and if I had any questions he could not answer that I could contact the general manager directly.Everyone at SERVPRO that I talked to from the office to the owner was very helpful and kind.They cleaned my carpet after everything was done and it looks better than it did.good work
