Broken Pipe in Bathroom Ceiling

An overhead pipe broke in the ceiling of the bathroom. The homeowners living in Andale, AL knew they had a problem when he ceiling started to crumble and fall.

After calling SERVPRO of Northwest Wichita they called their insurance. They were pleased to know their broken pipe was a covered loss and that our company was on their preferred vendor list.

Drying the ceiling was a matter of removing the broken pieces and giving the area airflow to maximize the evaporation process. However, we also place a dehumidifier in the room to keep the humidity down since it too could cause damage.
